Career Fair Services

Hoy Transfer has been working with Penn State Career Services for many years to ensure a successful event.

 

Because of liability issues at Penn State University, the method of shipping and receiving has changed. Hoy Transfer will receive, store (up to 30 days) and deliver to venue on the day requested. We will then pick up at venue and store (up to 7 days) until the vendor’s selected carrier picks up the vendor’s parcels.

PRICING OF SERVICES:

7 packages or less	$125.00
8-16 packages	$150.00
Over 16 packages	additional $5.00 per package
Skid pricing	$250.00 per skid
*Pricing includes both Inbound and Outbound Packages are insured up to $.60 per pound. Additional coverage is available at a premium.

 

INBOUND:

Items may be shipped up to 30 days prior to the event to the address below:

Inbound packages must be received by the Friday prior to Career Fair.

OUTBOUND:

Bill of Ladings/Shipping Labels MUST be filled out so parcels can get to the next destination. Completed forms should be included with the INBOUND packages so that reps can place on each parcel to be shipped out.

 

Please make sure your recruiters know how to fill out the Bill of Ladings. Hoy Transfer is NOT responsible for any packages left behind at event due to incomplete or missing shipping labels.

 

Recruiters must be available to sign Hoy Transfer documents before they depart.

 

**Hoy Transfer’s address should appear on each label as “Shipping To:” for Inbound and “Shipping From:” for Outbound.
