Registration fee of $45.00 applies to all shipments. *Inside pickup can be performed for an additional $30.00 for up to 5 items; $5.00 per item thereafter. **Off campus deliveries are available for an additional $50.00 fee. | |

Upon receipt of registration, a credit card form will be emailed to the email address listed on the registration form. Credit card form must be returned in order to complete the registration. Visa, MasterCard and Discover only.
