We keep our clients well-informed throughout the course of the move. The King’s coordinator will be in constant contact with the employee (or spouse) to clearly explain the "who, what, when, where and why" during each stage of the relocation process. We always follow-up with a confirmation letter detailing all pertinent details of the move and will provide supplementary information that may be of assistance. The employee's coordinator will be available via a toll free number, fax or e-mail at all times to answer any questions or alleviate any concerns the transferee may have. Our commitment to the employer and relocating employee is to always be just a phone call away and to provide the answers that will help make the transition a smooth one.
